Processing & Shipping

What is your turn around time?

I ship orders out the next business day.

How long is the shipping wait?

I never personally guarantee the post office, however, USPS advertises First class as 3-5 business days to most US addresses and Priority as 2-3 business days. They are usually on time.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to Canada!


How do I tell you what name I want on my order?

Before you add the item to your cart, you can fill in the personalization boxes that are located under the product title and price.

How do I choose a different color of trailer or motor home?

Before you add the item to your cart, you can select your favorite color variation. There is a drop down menu with the options that are available located under the product title and above the personalization boxes.

Can I get a different style of trailer or motor home that is not listed?

Most of the graphics on our flags can be swapped if you like something else better than what is on the listing. With our other products and we can most likely make a change for you. Please contact us with any requests you have.  


What fabric are your products made from?

Our flags are made from 100% solution dyed polyester that has a UV coating for a longer lasting product.

Our signs are aluminum with a UV coating for durability indoors or out.

We offer pillows in 100% polyester poplin with a 100% cotton duck back. We also have a 100% faux vintage linen fabric for a nice country look. and pillows that have a polyester front with a cotton duck back. In addition we have polyester aprons and pillowcases. Our towels are polyester on the printed side and 100% cotton terrycloth loops on the back side.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because all of our products are custom made to order with personalization, they are not eligible for return or exchange. It is very important that you check and double check your spelling to eliminate mistakes with the custom text.

However, if we make a mistake with your order, or if it is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send a replacement at no charge.

If you receive your item and find that we have made a mistake or if your item was damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the problem.
